Questions
Can I talk instead of type?
Use voice input when Claude makes custom connectors available in that conversation. Typing the same words works too.
What if I use Claude through work?
Managed workspaces can restrict custom connectors. Ask the workspace owner to allow GoodSet, or connect it from a personal Claude account.
Where is my workout history stored?
GoodSet keeps the training log in your GoodSet account. Open the web app when you want to scan a full workout or training block.
